Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and tea and coffee making facilities.I checked the website for breakfast times which were from 7am and they didn’t open until 7:30am due to low numbers in the hotel which left us right for time for an 8am appointment.Extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom and no hot water in the sink unfortunately- we did forget to mention this when we checked out.- Sarah S
