If you are looking for an intimate peaceful space, our standard double room is the right choice for you. These rooms are ideal for couples to relax and feel at home in a welcoming environment. The styles of our standard double rooms combine contemporary elements with pure classical lines.
All standard double rooms have en-suite facilities with a shower, a double bed, complimentary wireless internet access, tea, coffee, cookies & toiletries. All rooms have a TV, desk, and a chair along with hair dryer. Please note that not all double rooms have baths, so if this is your preference, let us know at the time of booking.

Please note: The Grosvenor Hotel was converted from 3 separate Victorian houses, so that every room is up at least one flight of stairs, and there is no lift available. Please let us know in advance of any mobility issues and we will endeavour to accommodate you on as low a floor as possible. We will of course be on hand to assist all guests with their luggage if required.
