Stayed on a sunny weekend and it was great to be able to just walk round the corner to the Hoe.Clean room with friendly and helpful staff too which really is all you want in a hotel. - Paul H
What a lovely quirky Victorian building, the rooms were warm and comfortable and the breakfast superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though I had made a mistake in my booking and booked a room for 2026 not 2025 (a senior moment I think) very impressed with customer service and my stay overall. If you visit Plymouth give this hotel a try, you won’t regret it. - P
Three of us had an enjoyable stay at the Grosvenor. The room was very clean and could not fault the facilities.The staff were lovely and accommodating, welcoming and attentive. Many thanks.- I
