Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Booked a breakfast but told on arrival that they could not provide this which was very disappointing. We were refunded.possibly stay again but only if a breakfast could be guaranteed. - Alwyne K
The hotel is in a convenient location for Hoe or town centre access, all staff are helpful beyond requirements,rooms are good, overall good stay & will use again- Brian C
Another 2 nights stay at The Grosvenor. This must have been about our 15th stay over the years. Ideal for location to the sights and attractions. Breakfast is very good but none available on this occasion.Staff friendly and approachable. Thank you, see you in December, already booked. - Graham E
