* Please check carefully that all the details that we have for your booking are correct.The hotel will not accept responsibility for any charges incurred by the guest for the booking of incorrect dates or room types.
* Full payment for this reservation will be taken from the card details supplied within 7 days of booking.
* Cancellation Policy:
- There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled / amended up to midnight the day before arrival.
- Any cancellations made on the day of arrival will result in a charge for the first night stay for any rooms cancelled.
- In the event of a no show,with no communication from the guest, any rooms booked will remain allocated and chargeable for the full stay.
We do advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, as unfortunately the hotel will not waive any charges for no shows or late cancellations due to transport problems, ill health or inclement weather.
