Please note that supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

An all-day visitor permit can be purchased from reception for £8.00 at any time and is valid  until 09.00 am the following morning.

No cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled / amended up to midnight the day before arrival. If cancellation / amendment is made on the day of arrival, it will result in a charge for the first night’s tariff for all rooms booked. In case of show, with no communication from the guest, all rooms booked will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the stay initially booked.

We do advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, as unfortunately the hotel will not waive off any charges for no shows or late cancellations due to transport problems, ill health or inclement weather.

If you are late reaching the hotel and would like to check in after midnight, it is not a problem. Just inform the reception before 11 pm so that arrangements can be made accordingly.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel

There are five floors at the Grosvenor and all rooms (with the exception of our family suite) are up at least one flight of stairs with unfortunately no lift at the hotel. Should mobility be a problem then please let us know when booking so we can attempt to accommodate you on our lowest level available. Also, entrance into the hotel is up six steps with no ramp.

When booking for more than 6 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please check at the time of booking to avoid issues.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property. The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability
